Research Scholar Initiative

Purpose

The Harvard Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences Research Scholar Initiative (RSI) post-baccalaureate program in Classics supports college graduates who are seeking further study in preparation for applying to classics graduate programs. While Harvard Griffin GSAS cannot guarantee admission to Harvard or peer doctoral programs, the goal of the initiative is to enhance scholars’ competitiveness when applying to a PhD program.

Information about applying for the 2024–25 academic year is available on the Harvard Griffin GSAS website. Applications are open now and due on February 1, 2024.
