Classical Traditions and Receptions
This Mahindra Humanities Center seminar investigates the reception, elaboration, and revaluation of ancient and classical traditions from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance to modernity and postmodernity. To this end, the seminar welcomes a variety of theoretical approaches and innovations, including philological research, hermeneutics and poetics, and cultural criticism.
